A message from the President

On behalf of the Knightdale Chapter of Delicados, Incorporated, I welcome you to our official website. The purpose of Delicados, Incorporated is to promote unity and friendship among the chapters and to engage in civic, cultural and social activities in the world community. The Knightdale chapter was organized under the name of Women With a Purpose in October of 2021. The chapter was inducted into National Delicados, Inc. in September of 2023 and continues to support community service projects that support women and children socially, emotionally and educationally. I am honored to be a member of this wonderful organization which implements meaningful programs that truly make an impact in our community. Our Mission

Throughout the years, Delicados Incorporated has prided itself in giving back to the community and is dedicated to improving the lives of those in need. We strive to create positive change in our community through national and local chapter programs. We support many national organizations including The United Negro College Fund, American Red Cross, National Council of Negro Women, Sickle Cell Anemia, HIV/AIDS and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The organization continues to grow and is dedicated to the motto of “striving not to equal, but to excel.”
